In the midst of a payment gateway failure, engineers are frantically working in a war room at 3 AM, facing the urgent need for compliance reporting. Under EU DORA Article 11.1(a), there is a requirement to notify the competent authority within 4 hours of incident classification, which necessitates compliance personnel to reconstruct the event from memory, channel logs, and Grafana screenshots while still exhausted. The current report generation process typically takes over 4 hours. To address this issue, ARIA (Automated Reporting Intelligent Assistant) has been developed to generate compliance reports in real time, enhancing efficiency and alleviating the burden on compliance staff.
